Welcome to CASA 

(Court Appointed Special Advocates)  

in the 2nd Judicial District of Arkansas

CASA is an independent non-profit organization which has been helping abused and neglected children since 1995. We want to help every 2nd Judicial District child who needs our services. We can help these children only through the generosity of donations and volunteerism from people like you. Your tax-deductible gift can make a lasting difference in the life of a child.

The number of neglected/abused children continues to rise and children continue to linger in foster care.  With existing resources CASA will be able to assist with finding safe, permanent homes for these children.  But without your help, the ever increasing majority of foster children will not be fortunate enough to have a CASA volunteer' voice in court.
